Terms and Conditions

The customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
  • The specialist must be dealt with in accordance with the provisions and laws of employment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The usage period of any offer is only for 60 days.
  • In case the client cancels the appointment 24 hours prior, the reservation will be canceled and the amount will not be refunded.
  • Valerian Spa Center is responsible for assigning the specialist based on her performance and availability.
  • The client has the right to request a specific specialist provided that there are no other reservations for her at the same time, and the company will endeavor to fulfill this request as much as possible.
  • If Valerian Spa Center is unable to provide the specialist at the specified location by the client or to perform the service according to the reservation for any reason, the client will be compensated with another reservation based on the availability of both parties.
  • The client is responsible for receiving the specialist at the specified location and time of the reservation.
  • The client is responsible for the location specified at the time of booking and it cannot be changed unless the center is notified at least one day before the appointment.
  • The service is considered provided once the team arrives at the location, and the amount cannot be refunded if the specialist is not received at the specified time and place.
  • Valerian Spa Center is responsible for providing the service at the agreed-upon time, taking into account a time difference of +/- 30 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
  • If the client does not receive the specialist within 15 minutes of the agreed-upon arrival time, the visit will be considered completed and the client will not be entitled to any compensation.
  • The service is provided for ladies only, and there must be a lady at home to receive the service. In her absence, the visit is considered completed and the client is not entitled to any compensation.
  • The client is responsible for protecting her valuable belongings, and the center is not responsible for any loss of these belongings. Issues will be handled in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom.
  • The client is responsible for the specialist during the visit until the center's representative arrives to receive her, and the specialist is not allowed to leave the agreed-upon location before that.
  • In case of any emergency requiring medical attention or involving physical assault, the client must immediately inform the designated contact center.
  • The specialist provides only the paid services as per the prior booking, and additional services cannot be provided until the required amount is paid.
  • The client is responsible for providing a place to prepare the service tools for the specialist.
  • It is not permissible to give gifts to specialists in any form for any reason.
  • The client is responsible for paying the total value of the reservation in advance.
  • The center reserves the right to adjust reservation prices based on governmental changes such as taxes.
  • The client can cancel the service hours before the scheduled appointment with an additional 25% discount from the session value to reschedule (no refund possible).
  • The client can reschedule the appointment twice provided it is done 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • After the team's visit to the site, the booked service cannot be modified except with the center's approval and availability of the required specialist.
  • Service costs can be paid using payment methods such as Apple Pay, MADA.
  • The client is not allowed to transfer the service or use it for third parties without prior consent from the center, and in case of violation, the center may terminate the contract without compensation.
  • In case of violation of the booking conditions or cases of assault or harassment, the center has the right to terminate the contract without recourse to the client.
  • Amounts will be refunded within 15 days in case of any other issues.
  • Valerian Spa Center reserves the right not to refund package amounts in the absence of a substantive problem.
  • Requesting services from a specialist without a reservation through Valerian Spa may subject you to legal action.
